Political Awareness and Involvement-responsible for developing and coordinating community programs designed to enhance political awareness and eradicate social inequities. The Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter’s Social Action Committee serve as a vehicle for advocacy, social change, and public policy.

"Soulful Symphonies Jazz Benefit” is an exclusive, immersive experience celebrating Black love, legacy, and community. Designed as an intimate version of a Hollywood Bowl evening, this signature Valentine's Day fundraising event features world-class jazz, spoken word, and soul performances. Guests will enjoy a curated, elegant affair including a VIP Cocktail Lounge Hour with VIP’s, sponsors, and performers, followed by a main concert in theatre-style seating.
Ads are welcome from our chapter committees, Divine Nine family, community organizations, churches, businesses, family, friends and individuals to be represented in our souvenir journal. In addition to ads, we will include a section for Sorors who want to provide congratulatory ads in our journal.
